Returns Information

Returns are accepted for any reason — no questions asked.

If you're not happy with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund of the item cost and original shipping. However please note, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility: the most economical option available will be used, typically $10–22 depending on the item, and the exact amount will be provided before your return is processed.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been received, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days.
